Hey there! My name is Haile and I am from Houston, Texas. I have a BA in Psychology and minor in Business from Trinity University and an MEd in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining the Rice community, I worked in residence life, admissions, academic advising, and student success. As an advisor, I strive to provide students with the support, skills, and tools needed to set intentional goals and take ownership of their education. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and traveling. I look forward to working with you!
