Hello! My name is Chris Gray, and I’m originally from northern Virginia. I earned a BA in Political Science from Rice in 2012, and an MA in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education from Michigan State University in 2022. Previously, I served in Rice’s Office of Study Abroad as a study abroad advisor and with the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program as both an English teacher and national program coordinator. I strive to foster an advising partnership with students which gives them the support and confidence to reflect on their goals and discover strategies to meet them. Beyond my work and studies, I enjoy reading, running, cooking, and exploring my adopted home of Houston. I look forward to working with you!
