Hello! My name is LaTia and I am so excited to be a part of the Rice family! I am originally from Chicago, but I recently transitioned to Houston from Los Angeles! I have a B.S. in Psychology from Iowa State University and earned my M.Ed. in Higher Education with an emphasis in Student Affairs from Purdue University Global (formerly Kaplan University). I have over 15 years of experience in various aspects of Higher Education which include Registrar, Admissions, and Academic Advising. In my free time, I love hanging out with my partner, my daughter, and our dog Carey. I also love bowling, podcasts, and Mariah Carey! I look forward to meeting you!
