Misha Caylor joined the Rice academic advising team in November 2011. A former collegiate golfer, Misha was a four-time letterwinner at the College of William and Mary in Virginia. After graduating with her B.A. in psychology, she began working as a counselor for children/teens in a residential psychiatric facility in central Virginia. During her three years at the treatment center, Misha completed her M.A. in professional counseling at Liberty University. In 2016 Misha and her husband Ryan welcomed their first child, Scarlet Marie. Misha enjoys attending sporting events, visiting with family and friends, and playing golf.

Works with women's swimming, men's track and field, and volleyball
